USPS Flat Rate
This option is free for all orders over $25 and is $4.95 for any orders less than $25. This is the only option available for AK, HI, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, all other U.S. Territories and Canada. Orders may go via First-Class Package or Priority Mail depending on the shipment weight and destination. Tracking is available for all options. Most shipments to the lower 48 and D.C. should arrive within 3-5 days, longer for other destinations. Orders to Canada will ship via First-Class Mail International Package. IMPORTANT NOTE: For orders shipped to Canada any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
UPS Ground is available for a flat rate of $7.95 to most addresses in the lower 48 and D.C., except for P.O. boxes.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air is available for a flat rate of $12.95 to most addresses in the lower 48 and D.C., except for P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges
Not Satisfied? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Josie Maran Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Josie Maran products. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date.
All Good Buys items are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.
How does the return/exchange process work?
STEP 1: Click on the My Account link at the top of the page. If you don't have an account with us, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will assist you.
STEP 2: Click on the "Completed Orders" link and locate the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
STEP 3: Click the "Return Item(s)" button and select the products you wish to return. You can also use the pulldowns to tell us the reason for the return or exchange, and you can even leave a comment if needed.
STEP 4: You will receive instructions on how to send your returned item(s) back to us.
STEP 5: Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a refund or exchange.
