Shipping Options and Delivery Time
Josie Maran Cosmetics accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories) and Canada. We regret that we are unable to ship to other international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience. For orders shipped outside of the U.S. any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Josie Maran eGift Cards will be delivered via email.
We offer the following shipping options.
- USPS Flat Rate
This option is free for all orders over $25 and is $4.95 for any orders less than $25. This is the only option available for AK, HI, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, all other U.S. Territories and Canada. Orders may go via First-Class Package or Priority Mail depending on the shipment weight and destination. Tracking is available for all options. Most shipments to the lower 48 and D.C. should arrive within 3-5 days, longer for other destinations. Orders to Canada will ship via First-Class Mail International Package.
- UPS Ground
UPS Ground is available for a flat rate of $7.95 to most addresses in the lower 48 and D.C., except for P.O. boxes. For transit time estimates click here.
- UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air is available for a flat rate of $12.95 to most addresses in the lower 48 and D.C., except for P.O. boxes.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our customer service department via email.
Returns and Exchanges
Not Satisfied? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Josie Maran Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Josie Maran products. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date.
All Good Buys items and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.
What about discounted items? If your item was purchased at a discounted price, a refund will be processed in the amount that was paid for the item. If you’d like to exchange a discounted item for a higher valued item, you will need to pay the difference between the current value for the higher valued item and the price paid for the discounted item. Sorry, we can't apply discounts that are no longer valid on current items.

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via email. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
