Step One: Adding an item to Cart
When shopping, if you would like more information about a product, such as a larger color swatch, application tips, ingredients, and being responsible icons, click on the product or individual shade. Click the Add to Bag button to place the product selected in your Shopping Bag.
Please note that "Good Buys" are limited to 5 per customer and all "Good Buy" items are final sale.

Step Two: Your Shopping Cart—View Bag
At any time you can view the items placed in your shopping bag. Just click cart at the very top of the page, which will take you to a page where you can view and edit the contents of your Shopping Bag.

Step Three: Checking Out
When you've finished shopping, click on Checkout, If you have previously registered on the site and you have not signed in to your account yet, sign in with your username (email) and password . If you are new to the site click on Proceed with guest checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information on the checkout page. Submit your order by clicking on Place Order.
After your order is submitted, you will be taken to a "thank you" page that assigns you an order number and includes all the details about your order. If there are any problems processing your order, please contact Josie Maran Cosmetics Customer Service via email and be sure to refer to your order number.
If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of order placement, please email us for further assistance. Spam filters may be employed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or on your browser that may be preventing our email from getting through to you.

Signing Out
If you share your computer with others, we recommend that you sign out of your session by clicking sign out, at the top of each page. Then no one else can view the information you have stored in My Account.

Selecting Color Online and Technical Considerations
Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. If you have questions about a particular color of an item, please contact us.
This site is best viewed with Chrome, Firefox 3, Safari 3, Internet Explorer 7 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings.
