FACE

SHIMMERING EYES

Using a tapered eyeshadow brush pat Cinnamon Eyeshadow on the eyelid. For added color and sparkle, blend Tulip Eyeshadow in the crease of the eye and up to the brow. Line the top and bottom lash line with black Eyeliner, and finish with our black Mascara.
